their telling me their van driver as tried to deliver on 3 seperate days but ive been in on all 3 occassions ,, and they wont even compriend his going to the wrong place .. its been 3 weeks now and still no phone .. i thought we the customer were suppose to be right

uk parcel delivery These was the big trash on that company.No uses at all.They must give calling informations to their customers rather than to have verbal negotiations.These company must be ruled and regulate first before wasting customers' time..It's such a damn.

I agree guys, they expect me to wait in from 7 till 7, strangely enough I work so left a signed note saying to leave it in a safe place, they didnt or even bother trying to leave with any of the neighbours. Eventually found a number for the Newhaven depot where I just had a pointless conversation with a pointless person devoid of any personality. What a shit company, typically british. Why would anyone use them

They have done the same thing with me but apparantely they made an attempted delivery at 5pm even though it set off at 7 am. I was sat in the front room and did not hear the door go i reckon the staff just wanted to clock off so they just said they attempted the delivery and just buggered off back to the depot.

Happened to me. According to the HDNL website my order was loaded onto the van at 11:00 am yesterday for delivery and returned back to depot at 19:00 without any explanation or card left behind. Pathetic service. I have now made a complaint to Amazon.

This is happening more and more where large companies want to maximize their profits and ensure their top management receie their bonuses but @@## the customer service. They use second, thirdand fourth rate companies. I hav hadissues already with HDNL and today am waiting at home for a package, wish meluck !!!!
These Large Corporations should listen to ther customers. If anything goes wrong I will no onger use AMazon. The only way tosnd message to them is by walking the talk …….

I have the same problem , ordered 5 items from amazon all placed on the same order , home delivery network marked it as out 2 days on the trot , then returned to depot marked as ” moved ” i stayed in for 2 days and everything i ordered from amazon was delivered except for the items on home delivery network . no card through the door on either day and nobody knocked or range the door bell

how the hell do they consider ive moved if they didnt call , and yet items from the other amazon affiliates arrived on the same day and were signed for , british mail got it right , so did dhl , so why cant home delivery network get it right ? lazy bloody drivers who make up stories to stop getting in trouble if u ask me .!!!
