Finally, a Pyun movie review. Though, if the rest are like this, it might be the last...
Cyber-Tracker 2 (1995)

Don "The Dragon" Wilson dabbles in the Van Damme-y waters by facing a cyborg version of himself. Whoever wins, we lose.
The Secret Craft (2001)

Nov
2007
A movie about four thirty something high school outcasts who gain incredible powers - and there's not a copy of Activating Evolution in site!
Space Marines (1996)

A by the numbers grunts-in-space movie with a flamboyant baddie? I have just the thing...
The Shivah
02
Feb
2007
The Rabbi/Detective point and click is clearly an over-crowded genre, so how does The Shivah stand out?
Project Shadowchaser 3 (1994)

Nov
2006
Who would honestly have thought that a giant spaceship called "Siberia" would end up a deserted wasteland, spotted with the occasional frozen russian?
Magic Kid (1994)

Nov
2006
Hey Mr Big Time Movie reviewer, how many Billy Huffsey and Shonda Whipple films have you done? That's what I thought.
Coffee Tycoon
11
Nov
2006
Grab a double shot, low fat, no foam latte and sit down with Coffee Tycoon, probably the closest most of us will get to the glitzy life of a café owner.
Shootout: Flo vs Betty
11
Nov
2006
This town just isn't big enough for two female fronted serve-em-ups, so it's head to head between Betty's Beer Bar and Diner Dash. Holler at your girl.
No Tomorrow (1999)

May
2006
Not only do I watch Gary Daniels movies, but Gary Daniels movies where he doesn't even kick anyone.
Logan's War (1998)

Apr
2006
Chuck Norris both manages to rip himself off in this movie, and avoid starring in most of it.
The Prince And The Surfer (1999)

Ah literature. While I haven't technically read anything by Mark Twain in really quite a long time, I have seen his apperances in those episodes of Star Trek when they go back in time and Whoopi Goldberg is there.
Expect No Mercy (1996)
08
Aug
2005
I own at least three copies of this movie. There is no good reason for that.
Memory Run (1996)
07
Jul
2005
Memory Run, or Synapse as it seems to be called in America, is in fact not a low budget sequel to Johnny Mnemonic (oh how good that could have been), but instead tells the story of body crime, in a future time.
The Revenger

Jun
2005
No, I said Sex On The Toilet before Frank Zagarino.
Final Impact
05
May
2005
Lorenzo Lamas isn't totally incapable of acting, as he has shown in various other projects, but Final Impact tries to be a drama and a kickboxing movie and is entirely unsatisfactory as both.
Nightmaster
04
Apr
2005
Amazon are trying to sell this with the description "The boundaries between real life and fantasy becomes blurred when Robbie and Amy play night games...", which may give you the wrong impression about the kind of action this movie contains.
Playing God
03
Mar
2005
I warn you, this film features a laconic performance by David Duchovny. Unlike most of double d's roles, which are energy packed.
The Maker

Feb
2005
Top quality crime/coming of age drama from the pound shop? Who'd have thunk it.
All The Queen's Men
02
Feb
2005
One of the more interesting artistic choices that the opening indicates, and is repeated throughout the movie, is the lack of subtitles on the sections conducted in german.
Cover-Up
01
Jan
2005
In the end, unlike one of Dolph's later thrillers, Silent Trigger, Cover-Up doesn't even give us a ludicrously huge gun to provide amusement through the more tepid sections of the film.
Shades
01
Jan
2005
I get the feeling that Shades could have had some kind a second chance. As it is the budget market is the only place you'll find it for the time being, but it is definitely the kind of discovery that makes it worth digging.
Sworn To Justice
01
Jan
2005
Outside of her Hong Kong movies Sworn To Justice features some of Rothrock's best scenes, martial arts wise. The problem is that there are simply not enough of them.
Spotswood
01
Jan
2005
Spotswood is a move which takes it's time to let the characterisations mature, but does so with a reasonable feeling of pace, and it's a local movie, but one with international appeal.
Raging Angels
12
Dec
2004
I really hope that this movie was paid for by a church somewhere, Ed Wood style. At least in that case you could say that some sort of misguided sense of evangelism was behind it, and write it off as The Passion Of Moloch
Shadow Run
12
Dec
2004
I have nothing against fat people, or kids, or even fat kids, but the sight of a large-and-in-charge pasty skinned 13 year old huffing his way across the country side in his PE kit and NHS glasses is just not the way to open a movie.
McBain
12
Dec
2004
Christopher Walken is in this movie. So is Michael Ironside. It has possibly the most ludicrous plane to plane combat scene in cinema history. This movie should be taught in schools.
Direct Hit
09
Sep
2004
Perhaps it's that he seems much more like the kind of person that would actually be a hit man than in other films, or perhaps we're just so glad that his sex scene is very brief, but there is something likeable about Forsythe's hitman, John Hatch.
Gang Law (AKA Hot Boyz)
09
Sep
2004
As you may have guessed from above, Gang Law is actually the UK name, quite explicably replacing the US title: "Hot Boyz".
C.I.A II: Target Alexa
08
Aug
2004
Despite Lorenzo's top billing, the ever lovely Kathleen Kinmont is most definitely the star. The central message of the film seems to be "don't underestimate hot chicks", as a series of ignorant males get offed after doing just that

There aren't many places that say Action more than Russia and there aren't many men that say Action more than Frank "Frank" Zagarino.

WHO WOULD EXPECT that the terrorist leader and the man sent in to stop him were in the same class at commando school, and hence know each others strengths, weaknesses, and haircuts.
Out For Blood

2004
Does the name "Don Wilson" not scare you? How about Don "The Dragon" Wilson, 3 time world kickboxing champion! Still nothing?
Last Bet (A.K.A Lesser Prophets)
07
Jul
2004
This entry in the collective CV was actually made in 1997. By that point John Tuturro had already featured in Miller's Crossing and Barton Fink, Jimmy Smits was still working on NYPD Blue and George DiCenzo had provided his voice talents to She-Ra: Princess of Power.
L.A. Heat
06
Jun
2004
Clint Eastwood was slightly to the right of atilla the hun, Mel Gibson had a deathwish, Bruce Willis was burnt out, and Michael Winslow made funny noises. Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs wants to be a fairly sucky cowboy who gets shot by an indian with furry boots, which is the worst kind of indian there is.
The House On Sorority Row
06
Jun
2004
I'm not sure when slasher flicks featuring sorority girls became a clich?, but I'd believe that it was at the very moment writer/director Mark Rosman penned the first scene of this slice of 80's horror.
Portrait Of A Hitman
06
Jun
2004
Being a 70s movie, they express their friendship in the form of high speed races in sports cards, but still, Palance can't go through with it.
Cyborg Cop
06
Jun
2004
Cyborg Cop. Is a cyborg better than a robot, or "Robo"? Perhaps. Is Cyborg Cop better than Robocop 1, 2, 3 or that weird series with his magical inter-web pixie friend? No.
Street Gun
06
Jun
2004
Street Gun is moulded after many a classic cinematic crime story. Or should that be mouldy?
