I think my near non-existent internet deejay skillz are actually degrading. Sketchiness aside, here’s another (almost) half hour of fresh sounds (some of which are over 15 years old).

Rather than simply doing a Nimmo satisfying tracklist, I’ve added some directors commentary:

1. NYGz – Gz & Hustlaz: I heard this on Preem’s excellent No Talent Required mixtape, and immediate eOrdered the NYGz album, Welcome to the G-Dom.
2. Dilla/Busta – Taking What’s Mine: I’m still not a full on dillaholic, but damn this is a nice beat. The rhythm is all over the place, and the woof sample and bleepy synth line give me a “Was Dog A Doughnut” feel, which is never a bad thing. That said, I think I’m even more impressed by Busta – the way he rides the beat is absolutely world class. What’s even better is that the track is part of the Dillagence mixtape, which you can get for free off Mick Boogie’s site.
3. Raekwon – Baggage Handlers: Another track off Dillagence, and also possibly off Cuban Linx II. I’m considering starting a label purely to release records that never came out on Aftermath, I think it’d be a hell of a catalogue.
4. Atmosphere + Friends – Crewed Up: Banging posse cut from Atmosphere’s free download, Strictly Leakage. Ali rips it as always.
5. Rhymefest – Foolin’ Around – From Fest and Mark Ronson’s free MJ tribute mixtape, Man in the Mirror.
6. Jay-Z + Friends – 1-900-Hustlas: Off Roc La Familia, purely because of…
7. Convicts – 1-900-Dial-A-Crook: Noz posted an excellent Scarface compilation the other day, and this was among the tracks I hadn’t heard. The Convicts album is cracking in general, worth looking out.
8. Killer Mike – Gonna Go To Ghana – Bleepy Andre 3000 beat, and a fun bit of rhyming from a canceled Killer Mike album from a few years back, which you can now get for free on Hip Hop DX!
